SHIPPING & Returns
Domestic shipping
All orders within Australia will be shipped with Australia Post.
All orders will attract, a flat rate shipping fee of $15.
Bulky orders might attract a higher postal rate. If this is the case, Psalty Crab will contact you before fulfilling your order to confirm postage.
All orders will be fulfilled within 3 working days of receipt of order.
Psalty Crab cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by AusPost or any other shipping carrier.
International shipping

Change of Mind
No product listed on this website are eligible for a return or exchange due to change of mind of purchase.
Eligibility for Replacement
Returns for replacement are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a purchased product.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of damage or wear.
All refunds are processed as store credit only.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact hello@psaltycrab.com.au and request a return authorisation.
Once your return has been authorised, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Upon receipt of the returned product, it will be assessed to check if it meets the eligibility requirements for return.
If the return is approved, Psalty Crab will process your replacement or store credit within 7 working days.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact hello@psaltycrab.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo clearly showing the damage. Enquiries outside this timeframe will not be entertained.
Psalty Crab will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and will work towards replacing your order.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact Psalty Crab at the earliest.
